Started the day with 4 miles of sprint/walk sprint/jog as my workout. It was really good and challenging. Mile 3 I did a 10 minute mile pace, which I was quite psyched about. Took a break from P90X today and going to use this as my rest day this week. Normally my break day is Sunday, but I'll do P90X through Sunday this week and be caught up on Monday. It was a light day today but good... The run was great.
Tomorrow is a day off work and I'm excited about spending some time exercising and spending time with the family.
