I'm with the family on vacation and taking a short break from the blog as well. My exercise continues at a lesser pace, as this is my recovery week. It's a great time to spend with my family being active and enjoying this health we have. The last couple of days have included a lot of pool time. Taking a break, slowing down and relaxing is something important that I'm working on this week.
When I get back home, training gets focused on endurance.
